| Description: | Jean-Bosco Barayagwiza (born 1950) Mutura, Gisenyi, Rwanda, was a Rwandan diplomat and the chairman of the executive committee for the Rwandan Télévision Libre des Mille Collines (1993-1994). He was charged and convicted on 3, December 2003; by the ICTR to 35years imprisonment. Barayagwiza died on 25 April 2010 in Cotonou, Benin due to an advanced case of Hepatitis C. |
