This is document concerning the courtesy disclosure of the letter from Prime Minister Dismas Nsengiyaremye, in which he was asking the minister of defence to submit to the ministry of justice the lists of individuals identified as Inkotanyi accomplices.  

 

 

 

Faustin Sebuhura was one of the masterminds of the killings which occurred in former Butare and Gikongoro prefectures during April and May 1994. He planned and participated in massacres at the parish of Kibeho in Mubuga, Murambi in the town of Gikongoro, Kaduha parish and Cyanika parish in Karama. In 2008 he was repatriated by MONUC and died in Rwanda in 2009.  

 

Killing by means of nailing a victim to a wooden cross and letting him or her hang until death.
