RESULTS(581 - 600 de 8848) Colonel Aloys SimbaAloys Simba (born 1938) in Musebeya commune, Gikongoro, Rwanda, was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Rwandan Armed Forces. He was charged with individual criminal responsibility for his participation in five massacres committed against the Tutsi population in the Gikongoro and Butare prefectures between April and June 1994. On 13 December 2005, the Trial Chamber found Aloys Simba guilty of crimes against humanity. He was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment.
