Speech given by the Prime Minister, Dismas NSENGIYAREMYE, in Kinyarwanda. The speech was delivered in the context of the war against the RPF/Inkotanyi. Seven days earlier, RPF/Inkotanyi had breached the ceasefire agreement and made a large scale attack on the Government army positions. It seized a bigger territory and threatened to march over Kigali, the capital city.
