An article published in the newspaper "Liberation", about some 400 Tutsi who were evacuated from the capital to an area controlled by the RPF rebels in exchange for 150 Hutu, as the RPF had taken control of Gitarama, a major achievement in their hunting of the interim government. Un article publié par le journal " Libération", parlant de quelques 400 Tutsis qui ont été évacués de la capitale vers une zone tenue par les rebelles du FPR en échange de 150 hutus au moment où le FPR avait affirmé avoir pris le contrôle de Gitarama, conquête majeure dans leur chasse du gouvernement intérimaire.  

Tubane mu Mahoro association is composed of 23 members, including six genocide survivors, seven admitted genocide perpetrators, seven innocent relatives of genocide perpetrators, and three people from the Twa ethnic group.
