Simon Bikindi
Simon Bikindi,(born 1954) in Gesenyi, Rwanda, was a singer-songwriter. He was charged with involvement in genocide, direct and public incitement to commit genocide. He participated personally in the killings, both in Kigali and Gisenyi prefectures, and helped to recruit and organise Interahamwe militias. He was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment in 2005.
