Resolution 977 adopted by the Security Council of the United Nations in its 3502nd meeting in which they decided that by the reserve of United Nations and the Tanzanian government shall make appropriate arrangements for the headquarter of the ICTR in Arusha.  

This is a series of events that took place in Rwanda in April 1994 communicated by different people, a collection put together by the ICTR.
