Letter addressed to the Minister of the Interior and Communal Development regarding increased security measures in Kigali.  

This is a letter to the prefect of Gikongoro by the army commander in Butare, informing him that there should be recruitment of young people for self-defense.  

This document contains the refusal to grant refugee status in Belgium by the Commissioner-General following the request filed by Bizimungu Côme. Bizimungu is accused by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) to have participated in the massacre of Bagogwe and the genocide perpetrated against the Tutsi.  

Resolution 812 adopted by the UN Security Council in its 318th meeting, calling upon the government of Rwanda and the RPF to respect the cease-fire took effect March 9, 1993, and allow the delivery of aid humanitarian and the return of displaced persons.

Resolution 893 adopted by the Security Council of the United Nation welcoming the joint statement made by the political parties at Kinihira 10 December 1993, concerning the implementation of the Arusha Peace Agreement, in particular the rapid formation of a government of transition well represented.  

Resolution 909 adopted by the Security Council of the United Nations at its 3558th meeting deciding to extend the mandate of UNAMIR until 29 July 1994.  

Resolution 935 adopted by the Security Council at its 3400th meeting expressing concern at reports that he continued to receive about systematic, widespread and flagrant violations of international humanitarian law, including acts of genocide were committed in Rwanda.  

Resolution 955, adopted by the Security Council at its 3453rd meeting, at the request of the Rwandan government, deciding to create an international criminal tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).
