This is a note from Romeo Dallaire, Force Commander of the UNAMIR, to Koffi Annan, UN Secretary General, in which he reports about the security situation in Rwanda.  

 

These photographs feature killing tools and victims' belongings such as ID cards, clothes and more. These objects are found in the Genocide Archive of Rwanda's physical archive at the Kigali Genocide Memorial, and on display in other memorials all over the country.
